Installing Drupal

How to enable block in node but disable in all taxanomy/term?

Hello everyone,
Need to istall superfish 7.x-1.9-beta4 for multi language option

have already 1.8 and first I couldn't delate this module (when unable and unistall - still there in the modules !!)
delated folder on modules ftp and still there...

upload new 1.9 add to modules ftp and nothing changed

please help !

I just found that the search function by drupal is not strong.
It hard to search by keyword.

any other search modules good for drupal?

I have installed Drupal 7 on psql without problem.
Firt site (default) works.
I try to add aother site using http://drupal.org/documentation/install/multi-site

On last phase : starting install script : gives me :
