Installing Drupal

Hi specialists,

I have just install SMTP (http://drupal.org/project/smtp) to support the email issue.

While installation, in the test email, I received the test mail from SMTP.

But in the webform, it could not send a webform to pre-defined address (use the same domain with website).

I check SMPT related but I could not find solution. I want when user submit webform, the content wil be sent to my mail so I know instead of access website (rarely).

Just migrated a site from a server to a VPS.. but it appears the directories/files Drupal is creating are owned by "nobody/nobody". How can I automatically make it been owned by the ftp user? (without doing any major installation changes).

I need to switch from menht to another CMS and tried to install drupal but when are installed, it seems completely empty and not like normely cms where there is menu and all that stuff , no pre installed things
is i just me or is it empty from start?

I'm running my site in a windows environment and the PHP is configured in the IIS 7 but my service provider (GoDaddy) says they do not support PDO.

Question:
Is there a way to install drupal 7 without PDO?
Or a workaround?

I create in my website many views similar. linked to main menu element( each link in main menu has a views) .I want to gather them in one.
how i can do it?
