Installing Drupal

do you think my installation is corrupted since I don't have an installation link in my modules page.
I've been reading some documentation and it should have right?

I have just instlaled drupal to set up a store so I was trying to go to update.php to see if my installation works good. but i found some issue such as this.. how can I solve this?

I'm using the standard forum on my drupal website. (D7)
I enabled captcha.
But still daily I have 30-40 spam comments in my forum.
I tried to tighten the captcha (darker, more noice, even the math formulas).
But nothing seems to help.
Any idea how I can capture the spam messages?

I am from India. I am newbie in drupal and never used this one before.
I have downloaded script and uploaded to my web server. But while installing on the fourth step (Set up database) I am facing problem that I am unable to understand.

The massage is showing such as:

I have create another role name as "editor" with permission imce module enable.
but when using editor account to login and try create node.
the node can't use imce browser. the imce browser icon is not showing.
