Installing Drupal

I already set up, but now I want to know where to open the application

Hello, I was told to make a new design for a client's website and as I finished she ordered me to update the Drupal. I am not used to Drupal, it's only my second client with this CMS. So I updated normally all the source but when I open the website I am having the following message:

I want to have at least two sites andhave the default site alread set as the main site. It is mysite.com. I now want to standup another site that will be myBlogsite.mysite.com. Are there any special tricks to doing this or is it just as if I were installing a second site with whatever anme I choose and that Apache and Drupal will map to the sight correctly as per instructions concerning multisites?

I'm trying to make a copy of a live Drupal site to my test server. I've installed a fresh version drupal of Drupal on to my localhost and overwritten all the files in 'sites/all' with the files from the live site. Now form here I used the backup and migrate module to restore the backup from the live site. I'm getting an error whenever I try to restore the database, it' saying.

1. User with "Movie maker" role adds new Movie (node type).
2. User with "Festival" role adds new Festival (node type).
3. "Movie maker" submits an application for all available film festivals he interested in. Per-node submission needed because one moviemaker can have many movies.
4. "Festival" reviews submitted movies and selects liked once. After reviewing one of the following states must be applied to the submission: movie applied, movie rejected.
