Trying to instal Drupal on server from Acquia from local Win7

I am at my wits end tonight. I am trying to launch a webiste that I have to have live today. The reason that it is so important is that it is my final project for my Bachelor's degree and it is due tonight.

I have done every tutorial I could find and nothing works. I have a freshly installed Drupal 7 on my server and have manually went in and added each module seperately. I did this because just copying out the files would not work.

Trouble creating database

I'm completely new to editing websites so bare with me if I sound stupid at times.

So I installed WAMP on my laptop to install Drupal. I extract the Drupal files into the WAMP folder and go to "localhost" on my browser. I click on Drupal under projects and I've gotten up to the "Database Configuration" step. I go to localhost again and proceed to "phpmyadmin" to create a database. I click on Databases but under Create database it says "No Privileges". Can anybody tell my how to fix this?

Thanks in advance!

Moving content from existing site administered with Drupal to a new, second site that I'll run with Drupal.

Will I need to install a second Drupal to run the new site? I already have a server and a new DNS,
And, I'm not sure how to capture the existing pages from the first site and get them to the new site.

1 click installs and community distribution

I choose hostgator as the company that I wished to host my site on a shared server using their business plan. They said drupal was fully supported and I have yet to understand how to read all the specs to see if it is what is needed for drupal. Forgive me for being a complete newbe here but the only way I could see how to install it was the 1 click drupal install. It worked great for drupal 7 but I wanted to use one of the community distributions.

Is this possible? I was looking at Open Enterprise but was worried that it hadn't been updated for over a year. This is going to be a community based site with blogs and discussions along with a paid services where users are allowed to sell/trade things.

Here what I thought I'd need:

1) Ability to make user accounts

2) Setup discussions kind like a forum but a little more open with a lot more choices and not blocked cell based. I'm thinking of a more open design that resembles craigslist.

3) A payment system that my host offers for free. I'm not sure if I'd be able to use it with drupal. Again, forgive the newbe question.

4) A slider box that highlights some of what goes on within the community.
