Installing Drupal

I can't find drush.msi for windows. www.drush.org has problem so i can't download it.pls,help me.

I'm trying to understand how to get the CK Editor UI to change language based on the language switcher. There are lots of examples of changing the text area, but I'm talking about the actual UI along with the tool tips. I know from the documentation that they are translated, but I can't figure out how to expose that based on the language switcher. I realize this seems simple, but search as I might I'm out of luck.

Followed the instructions pretty much step for step, from Apache to down to the mysql steps, but when I visit my webserver's address I only saw my apache start page. So I moved all of the drupal stuff into a subdir called /drupal. Going there only lists the directory's contents, and clicking on install.php only shows its code.

I'm probably doing something really stupid, but is there a reason I'm not seeing the Drupal installation page? How do I get it to run install.php?

Running Centos 7 and trying to install Drupal 7.

This may help others who are also using Parallel Plesk control panel (I'm using v11.5), to upload Drupal files faster. I am not using Shell access, but the standard Plesk control panel.

Have migrated my site from my dev area to the production server, and the site works OK, but I can't log into the database from within Drupal.

Once a login with a valid user ID and password, the site throws an 'internal server error' and then the site is inaccessable to the workstation where the error is seen until the cache of the browser is cleared.

Server logs show that the subdir 'users' is not there. That's obviously not the problem. $cookie_domain is commented out on both servers.

I am running the installation and I got this error:

Drupal version 7.3.1 on php 5.6.1

I searched around for solution and tried to add these two lines to settings.php
