Installing Drupal

After trying to install drupal 8 Commerce on Google Cloud and failing, I started a research on different hosting platforms and their support of Drupal 8 commerce.

I am trying to find:
What questions would you ask in order to determine if a particular host/platform will support Drupal 8 Commerce? How to find an answer before even trying the install drupal yourself?

I have bought a new hosting for my website Office Setup Help. Can i install new version on Drupal on it. If yes then can someone please help me out with its installation.

just now I installed drupal8 but below error is displaying.

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate interface Drupal\Core\Cache\CacheBackendInterface in C:\wamp\www\drupal8\core\lib\Drupal\Component\DependencyInjection\Container.php on line 268
May i know the solution for this?

Trying to migrate from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 and as per the instructions I need to have the "migrate ui" module enabled, but I just simply can not enable it. I can not tick that option. Please advise.

Error message:

My drupal installtion went well but i cant access my sites/default/files/field/image resources. And maybe some other files.

When I turn on the module config_translation, I get an error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getPath() on null in /core/modules/config_translation/src/ConfigNamesMapper.php on line 233

What can this be related to?
