Problem/Motivation
As part of the Drupal 10 readiness project adoption sub-initiative, I would like to become a co-maintainer of the Views Filters Populate module to review any current RTBC issues and create a D10-compatible release.
Examples of contrib work I have done in the past:
I have recently taken maintainership of the following modules in order to create Drupal 10 compatible releases:
- Computed Breadcrumbs
- Form State Empty
- Gov Notify
- Views Exposed Form Fieldset
- JSON:API Page Limit
- Maintenance Exempt
I have also contributed to other contrib modules, and been a core initiative lead for the Out of the Box Initiative.
Proposed resolution
Review my profile and, if approved, add me as maintainer with appropriate permissions to merge code, manage issues (including re-enabling the issue queue), create releases, and administer Gitlab.
Remaining tasks
Add Eli-T as maintainer of Views Filters Populate.
Checklist
- Link to project: Views Filters Populate
- Record of owner agreement: No.
- Issue queue enabled: Yes.
- Maintainers: JSON
- Year of last Drupal.org activity of owner: hanoii: 2023
- Record of attempts to PM owner and maintainers:
- Both hanoii and fgiudici messaged through their d.o contact forms on 7th August 2023 to ask them to consider this request and comment upon this issue.
- Project covered by Drupal’s security advisory policy: Yes
- Permission to opt into Drupal’s security advisory policy: No. However this process is under way and should hopefully be concluded by the time site moderators might be required to be involved with this application
