We empower health nonprofits to build engaging digital platforms that improve the lives of patients.

This is especially relevant for organizations who:

  • Work in a fast-moving health environment and provide a lot of information to patients.
  • Need more data on what is working (and what they can stop doing) to prove their impact to funders and work efficiently.
  • Have multiple staff members who regularly contribute content to their site.
  • Have multiple audiences (such as patients vs. professionals) with separate needs.
  • Can’t miss a beat with staffing turnover.
  • Need to provide each patient with a personalized experience.

We help by:

  • Assessing, benchmarking, and performing audience research to understand the unique environment and challenges of each organization.
  • Providing guidance, recommendations, and insights to help leadership create a digital strategy that accomplishes their mission through a digital medium.
  • Building or improving an integrated digital platform to bring that strategy to life.
  • Training and supporting staff to fully adopt and use new technology and processes in their day-to-day work.

Drupal contributions

We are platform-agnostic but believe Drupal is a compelling option for some health nonprofits—particularly those who need their digital platform to serve as an integration point, want a high level of control over staff permissions on their site, and have a complex content/data structure.

We have contributed and/or maintain a number of Drupal modules listed here on our profile, as well as providing client trainings on Drupal and speaking at events such as the Drupalcon Nonprofit Summit and the NTEN Drupal preconference day.
