lupus_decoupled 1.6.0

Allows exposing Custom elements partials via a new Views plugin. Requires Lupus Custom Elements Renderer 2.8 or greater.

Custom element partials make it easier to lazy-load content chunks via API. See #3628854: Allow routes to render as partials: serialize content only, without page envelope for details.
