This is a container issue for accessibility problems. Since Cypress isn't ideal for testing tab order, keyboard navigation, etc., we'll test manually and mark sub-issues as fixed. Opening a parent issue so we easily run Cypress tests against an MR and confirm we are not introducing regressions.
