I am using Drupal 4.7 and img_assist with Tinymce 2.0.6 (with the drupalimage plugin), and everything appears to work.
I am using the img_assist text link in some forums that I am setting up. When I click on the "add image" text link below the message body field, a box pops up which says "Upload: Fill in the form below to upload a new image."
I just thought that I would let you all know that I have built a new drupal site for Lynden Door, Inc. Working with drupal was a great experience and I will no doubt use it again in the future. Besides all of the great modules for the project the community is what sold me on it. The site is at www.lyndendoor.com.
Get your text editors started: the next Drupal code freeze will be September 1st. This means all new features for the next Drupal release need to make it into the development version ("CVS HEAD") no later than August 31st. That is only 3 months from now! As of September 1st, we will start preparing for the next major release by focusing on performance, usability and stability. At that point, mainly bug fixes will be allowed.
This announcement is directed at those who have CVS commit access to our contributions repository.
Thanks to the work of Derek Wright, some very important changes have been made to the contributions repository. These changes are intended to increase safety.
The most important change is that CVS commit, tag and branch permission is now restricted to the drupal.org user who is listed as author on the corresponding project page for that specific project. In other words, only project owners may now commit, branch or tag their projects. Read on for specific details.
For those who've been following the progress of the Views module with bated breath, I have finally reached a point where I'm comfortable with the featureset, and I've accomplished the majority of the things I'd planned on to have an honest, stable release. Of course, the recent release of Drupal 4.7 is partly behind this; I'd hoped to coincide, but I'm a bit behind.
