I'm hoping someone can suggest a module that would either fit my needs or be close enough for me to hack. I've hacked the features into a document management system for xoops but want to use drupal.
When editing a node, I often only need to make simple changes in the body but then have to scroll all the way down to select the "submit" button. Adding a 'Submit' button to the top of the page would save a lot of scrolling when making small edits.
I am lost and I'd appreciate a little bit of help here.
I am developing a site that will serve as a recruitment tool for my organization. I create a document type called resume that is generated by the applicant. I need to create another type of document for applicant review, that is generated from the applicants page, it will be one and only one per applicant and won't be accessible to the applicant.

2. Translated using i18n module the product nodes(to some X language).

Spending month trying to figure out why all of my sites get "500 Sever Error" about every 3-5 month. Specifically server error when I try to log in to admin account, create new account or log in to user account.
Drupal is my favorite CMS but now I was told by my hosting company that it is almost useless when it comes to using it on the shared servers. I use BlueHost and was told by them that it is a common problem on share servers. I have a hard time believing since there so many Drupal users. I highly doubt the every Drupal site has to be completely redone every 4 months.
I wondered if it's possible to have "static" blocks, i.e. blocks that aren't reloaded on every page change? This is useful for some widgets, for example last.fm's widgets, that shouldn't be reloaded all the time as that defeats their purpose.
I'm no web-tech wiz, but I suspect that this isn't possible using vanilla php and html, so I guess some form of Web2.0 stuff would be needed. But is this at all doable in Drupal?
