Accessing Images in other nodes.

Is there any way by using the image module to automatically create an IMG tag in a site page or another node without having to reference it directly by insering the IMG tag.

This would mean that if new versions of images with new file names wouldn't stuff all the links.

Alternating backgrounds in tables

Something that bothers me is that it's hard to browse certain tables such as the forums overview... you can't really see at a first glance which parts belong together. Therefore I suggest you implement a theming option where every item receives an alternating background color. You could also use horizontal separators, but they tend to be ugly when you have a lot of them.

Forum usability

I'm being driven mad by the forum really

It keeps insisting that I haven't read some threads (which is probabaly true), but is there a way to just mark all threads as read? Or does it do this autoamtically in some way that I just haven't noticed yet.

And the next thread link is using the same sorting algorithm as the listing does (after who commented last), but when I comment on a thread this gets reset so I get to traverse everything once more. Its not really logical to me, well it is on some level but not every practical.

bulk vocabulary entering

It would be very handy to be able to add in new vocabularies in bulk... As with 'category' entry in MT, multiple fields are offered. You enter in just the titles initially, then edit details afterwards... Here's a process-outline...

(To Add Vocabulary)

- Click on 'Taxonomy'
- Five empty text fields appear for 'Vocabularies'. You type in names. You can fill in up to five. Whenever you add a new taxonomy, five more empty fields will appear.
- - Fill in Vocabulary Names
- - Click 'Save Settings'

(To Edit Vocabulary - Add terms)

following nested comments

Does anyone else find it difficult to follow nested comments, even though they are indented, and dated?

The concept of nested comments is great, but it might be easier to read if they were numbered/outlined.

Here is an example of a page with nested comments, numbered in order of posting at plasticbag.com.
