The learning process has been a struggle. I have been trying to completely migrate a drupal 7 installation hosted on Godaddy to AWS for over a week now, and I have made no progress and am tired and frustrated of troubleshooting. It's only a 8mb database. I will pay someone to help me, please name your cost and send me an email to nikkwong@live.com. I would also like to watch, so I can learn how the process works.

The website that we are having is a huge site ( > 10 million page views per month) with integration with a few internal systems. We are looking out to get a experienced Drupal developer (at least 3 years of experience) OR outsource the maintenance to a drupal professional company.

The developer needs to reside in SG. If it's a vendor/company, it needs to have a SG office/contact person as we require 24/7 support.

i'm looking for a coder to enhance the rate module: to add a confirmation window before a vote is cast. the confirmation needs to happen before the event, so that if the user declines, the vote isn't counted, and rules with event "user votes on a node" do not fire. and also keeping in mind any security issues this might introduce.
while considering this please bear in mind that i don't have a big company or a large budget.
i'm a private guy working on a philanthropic cause..

Overall, this is a synopsis (below) of what is happening and what we would like to see happen. The first question we have about the below synopsis is whether someone thinks this can even be accomplished.
