Paid Drupal services

I am working with a vendor who will redesign our website for a fixed price. However they will not include responsive design in the project, stating that it would complicate things significantly. They said instead that it would be better to focus on the task at hand, which is to build an Intranet which will actually be used, then focus on the possible mobile use cases. They said to build the responsive design could be another $15K to $20K project. Is this reasonable? Another complication is that we are integrating Drupal with Alfresco.

The commerce product url (e.g. /admin/commerce/products/6) is easily available in rules and is also displayed by default in may other places and users occasionally click on them. You do not want most users to have permission to access the product edit page. I would like a module that redirects all users that do not have permission to view a commerce product page to the product display instead. For my needs each product is only displayed on one node. If the module could be written where if there is more than one display for a product it just redirects to the first display.

I am looking for some help getting a Drupal site that has moved server working. I have done the transfer but have not been able to get past various errors after installing the database (via Backup + Migrate module).

I think, or at least hope(!), that an experienced user may find it relatively simple to resolve. So it may not take very much work.

Hello, I have a content type with approximately 70 fields. I need to export this content type in a CSV or XLS. The problem is, there are multi-fields that need to separate in its own column. I could use 30 minutes to an hour of consultation if someone can advise possible modules or quote on a custom one.
