Paid Drupal services

I have a website that records my flock of sheep. I have a content type (Sheep Record) with various information about each sheep in it and another content type (Movement Record) to record any movements of sheep on or off the farm.

When I create a Movement record I choose the 'Moved from' and 'Moved to' locations (which are taxonomy terms) and then using Entity Reference and an Entity Reference View Widget, choose which animals are moved.

I am looking for someone with Drupal 8 theming experience to assist me on incorporating a theme made by a designer into Drupal. Please react by e-mail.

my site has issues with its mega menus they shake every time they are accessed, I've had another developer work on the site and he states that it is due to latency. I don't mind paying for assistance, and just need a drupal admin that can help me grow this site and get it where it needs to get going its running the portal drupal template
