Paid Drupal services

I'm looking to contract an experienced freelance Drupal developer to assist with migrating a Drupal 6 site to Drupal 7 (or possibly 8). I am a library and information management consultant with experience building Drupal sites but I'm not a PHP programmer or developer, so I need assistance with module and backend development and the developer I usually work with is unavailable.

I have a site where an anonymous visitor can book free tickets to shows. Part of this is to subscribe the visitor to several newsletters after booking a ticket. There are 3 newsletters categories to be subscribed to: two are static and one is dynamic.

I have already created a rule for the adding of a visitor to the 2 static newsletters but need help with creating the automatic subscription to the dynamic one.

I am trying for a while now to make a module to import fb events onto my website. I gave the Facebook API a shot but I just lack knowledge to get the job done.

Our website (Drupal 7.52) is an online music magazine. We have our own events agenda where users can manually add their music events. It contains an image, start & end date, title and info fields. I've seen several websites using some sort of tool to import facebook events onto their website and I'd like to implement the same to save the users some time creating events.
