Paid Drupal services

I am the CTO of a marketing company that operates hundreds of websites. We move very quickly and have new projects popping up daily, which typically need to be completed within a day/week.

We currently have three projects which need to be completed by Jan 5th - we are seeking a contractor who is interested in a long-term relationship for ongoing work in 2017. All of our sites are in Drupal 7 (or being rebuilt in Drupal 7) and focus on user flow, API integration, sales paths, etc.

Hey Drupal community...

I have been using Drupal for 10+ years, but only for side projects here and there, and unfortunately in the last 3-5 years I've been too busy to keep up on the latest tools.

I decided to try out Drupal 8 on a current (tight timeline) project I'm working on. I've been avoiding Drush since I couldn't get it to work despite watching a few tutorials?? I've been just working manually in the UI, which I know is slower, but it's what I know.
