I'm looking to hire 2-3 programmers over the summer (and posssibly permanently), to add new functionality to a destination management portal for Fernie, B.C. If you've never heard of Fernie, it boasts some of the most awesome skiing in North America, not to mention world-class mountain biking, hiking, golf and fishing.

We'll be launching ourfernie.com over the next few months running on Drupal 4.7, with custom modules for online booking of accommodation and tours, as well as a business directory. The site is up now if you want to have a preview.

Over the summer, we're hoping to add:
- hotel CRS integration for inventory management
- flights (implement OpenTravel API)
- Asterisk PBX implementation and integration with Drupal
- Any other improvements suggested by our clients

The jobs would be ideal for those either on break from school, or recently graduated. More experienced programmers also very welcome. No qualifications are required, but we need you to hit the ground running.

Working conditions are extremely flexible. The whole town shuts down and goes skiing when it snows, and summer is even more laid-back. We're working out of the house at the moment, and have plently of room if you need a place to stay (elkcrossinglodge.com), otherwise there's plenty of cheap accommodation in town.

I currently own www.gamemethod.com , a site that needs a bit of CMS help. We've already got a great looking re-design underway and need to complete our half-way done drupal integration. If someone were willing to help out they could take part in being part of the gaming journalism community. we can provide games, accounts and passes to conferences such as E3 as part of the goodies. We can also try to be creative with compensation if you so require...

I am looking for a clean-looking Drupal theme. It doesn't have to be custom-made for me, a previously-used theme would be fine. I need something that doesn't break - most of the contributed themes seem to be broken by one module or another on sites I have seen that they were used on. The only ones that seem to always work evey time are bluemarine and pushbutton. (I like SpreadFireFox, but it has a big "white space" issue which doesn't seem to be resolved.)

I will be using it on a community portal-type site, and many of the contributed themes seem better for blog-type sites.
