Paid Drupal services

Seeking web developer proficient with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), in particular experience with implementing and maintaining Drupal/CivicSpace, for an emerging political website. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AJAX, streaming media, and Flash components is critical. You must have a zeal for open source solutions, web standards, and meeting deadlines.

Denver location is preferred, but not required. Start ASAP with 40+ hours/ week through May with possibility of scaling down to 20 hours/week in June.

I'm looking for someone who is good with drupal to do some tweaks and additions for me to my existing site.

Needs include:
- Fixing browser bugs in modified spreadfirefox theme
- install a couple modules & a couple bugs w/ current mods
- tweak site for performance

- Add member pages for:
- Affiliate Tools (dynamic page for each user that has link code (for banners/etc) w/ their ID auto inserted into it for promoting)

- Redirect on signup to 'tell-a-friend' page
