I just upgraded to Drupal v4.7. I'm having some drama with TinyMCE, so I'd like to hire someone to do three things:
1) Install TinyMCE
2) Set permissions for TinyMCE so that certain levels of users would have default access to certain buttons. (Two levels 1. Editor. 2. Authenticated users.)
3) Configure the "Views" module so I can list the posts by month.
Also, I would like to know if there is a way to prevent people from typing in the comment area until TinyMCE has fully loaded. (This last part is optional.)
The Audubon Society of the District of Columbia (DC Audubon) is seeking a web developer to write and implement a Drupal-based website to support the group's activities. The developer will work with two DC Audubon volunteers who know enough about Drupal and web development to know what is possible, but not enough to know how to implement their vision correctly, nor enough time to learn Drupal in sufficient detail to do so. The organization's current web presence is at a www.dcaudubon.org.
The website the organization has in mind will require some amount of custom database programming to support our organization's main activity, bird-watching field trips. For this, multiple users (field trip leaders) will need to be able to schedule trips, have reminder emails automatically sent to a mailing list, and enter an article about the trip and list of birds seen once the trip is completed. Working from a master list of birds, the database will need to keep track of which birds have been seen on all field trips for the calendar year. Since many field trips are repeated annually, field trip leaders should be able to easily re-use data (like driving directions) from earlier trips when scheduling new trips. The website will also have more standard features like automatically archived articles and blog-like postings. A fuller description of the website will be sent to those who respond.
What do we want to be when we grow up?
It all begins with one simple question... and the rest follows naturally once we've answered this question: What do we want to be when we grow up?
When we grow up, we want to be known as the absolute best place to create and build Internet companies.

Hi everyone,
Web Networks (www.web.net) is pleased to be working on a CIDA/UNESCO-funded project that will develop the capacity of a Guatemalan NGO, "Enlace Quiche" that delivers Internet services in support of indigenous peoples
Two young Guatemalan programmers are coming to Toronto for a month, starting next week: web.net staff were in Guatemala last October. One of the goals of this exchange is train the programmers in using Drupal. One of our developers, began that training when he was in Guate.
I'm looking for someone who is very good at CSS and Drupal themes. I have several sites that need a couple of fixes so IE or another browser plays nice. I also need some items styled and I can't seem to get them to co-operate. If you are really good at CSS then I need this work done, asap.
If you are just learning or are OK at CSS please pass as I need this done quickly. This project may only take a few hours, possibly more, but there will be many more where that came from if you can deliver.
