Bounty for a few error fixes, some theme cleaning and full annotation of CSS

Hi all,

I want to discuss the possibility of getting some cleaning up done on our website.

We've just upgraded to 4.7.1 and shoehorned in a load of features.

As expected we have run into some problems, luckily most of them minor

Firstly:
The video nodes do not display properly in IE - the link is here, http://www.londonkettlebells.com/cms/taxonomy/term/64+65+66

for whatever reason it displays perfectly in Firefox so I think its probably a CSS problem

Secondly:
TinyMCE not appearing for comments - its enabled and even has the toggle for disabling it on display but no editor

Thirdly:
The most simple, user pictures need to be aligned in comments as for the nodes (ie sitting on the underling of title)

I'd like the CSS tidied up as much as possible, my theme is based on boxgrey but its a mess as I've been cramming bits in. In conjunction with that I'd like the CSS annotated so I can see what changes will affect what elements.

Some stuff to do if this goes well:
An overhaul of the way the site works. Right now we have a blogging community in the back but I'd like to set it up as a whole community so when someone clicks on "community" - they get the community drupal site with blogs, news headlines, articles etc - I'd then want a fancier menu system where the "community" menu will have blogs, articles, galleries, videos etc

Instructor Listings:
Some users will be listed as instructors on their profiles (this will be set by the site admin so must be hidden and only changed by the admin) - I'd like to have a directory of all instructors with the ability to "sticky" a chosen few. Looking at the profileplus module it looks like this is almost what I need. Hoevever, I'd want it to display all users that meet the criteria of instructor and when the search is run it narrows it down.

Drupal wiz and designer wanted

I'm an entrepreneur with a lot of expericence in Internet developement. Now I'm looking to set up a development team för new web services using Drupal as the core engine. I'm looking for

- A drupal wiz with PHP, MySQL and CSS skills
- A designer who loves doing user-friendly, accessible and sexy site designs. You should also be well-versed in web standards and CSS.

Themeing required for 6.4.6-based site

We are looking for someone to customise or create a Drupal theme so that our site is in accordance with a set of corporate design standards.

The only possibly complex part is a javascript roll-down topbar menu, but if you can only handle the CSS we might be flexible.

We also have some general Drupal questions, since we're new to this CMS. If you can answer those, so much the better, but the theming is the most important thing.

Please contact me via my user page for URLs of the development site and corporate site.

advanced survey module for drupal

Hi,

I need an advanced kind of survey module for Drupal with the following possibilities:

- build questionnaires with dropdown, radio button, ...
- make groups of members with hierarchical structure
- send questionnaires to groups of members on more or less a monthly basis
- possibility to change the header/footer per questionnaire
- display the average result to each participant
- collect the results of each group/subgroup/subsubgroup...
- have to possibility to view per user what questionnaires he/she participated in and what he/she filled in and have these results stored, ready to perform advanced statistics calculations
- export the results in comma separated file
- sort and search within the survey results

I have checked other open source survey systems like phpesp and phpsurveyor, but they lack for me a good structure of user groups and possibilities to interpret the results. I am hoping to be able to use certain aspects of structuring which are present in the taxonomy system of Drupal.

I don't have the time to completely develop it myself, but have a customer which is really willing to invest in a stable well structured survey system. I think such a professional survey system could be very important for Drupal itself also as there is a lot of interest from the market in those kind of systems.

So I am seaching for a developer that could develop this, and also give a start to a new open source advanced survey module as a part of Drupal. Please contact me with quotes or proposals for this project. Any other investors which would like to help financing this project are of course also welcome.
