Paid Drupal services

We are currently developing a content site and would like to offer paid business directory listings.

We will develop the rest of the site, we are only looking for dev of the directory.

Most of you will be familiar with standard php/mysql directory offerings such as esyndicat, phpld etc. We dont need so many features as thoses two apps offer, heres a short list:

Admin can add, edit, delete, expire, promote, demote listings
Promoted (paid for listings) should be able to be served with relevant content in a block in other areas of the site - in articles for example.
Standard directory navigation - a big box of categories, click on one get a subcat etc etc.
Search with filters (a drop menu of geographical regions)
Businesses can upgrade listings, pay by Paypal recurring subscription
Click through stats expoted to CSV, or at least some way of geting stats back to the advertisers
One key feature we would like is members being able to bookmark a listing (to a bookmarks block(?), not their browser:)
Members should also be able to suggest listings.
We dont need comments or ratings etc on listings.

I'm sure with all the contribs here Drupal can do this.

If there is some custom programming required to do this we are willing to contrib it back to Drupal, as I see many many people asking for a Directory.

At this stage we are taking offers of interest. An RFP is available. Some indication of cost would be helpful.

Timeline: 1 week

I need a Drupal theme created. It has already been partially designed and partially implemented, but my programmer had to leave the project. I'm looking for someone to finish it off.

Is this price range reasonable? The design is a fairly simple 2 column with no images other than the top banner and the background. I'll upload images later, I just have to get to work right now.

We are looking for a drupal developer to work with us to develop and refine the community areas of our site. Our site is a B-to-B community with daily news, blogs, features, email newsletter and other information for digital media executives. We need someone who is savvy with community functionality and design and will be able to quickly implement community features similar to LinkedIn or MySpace on our site. After initial completion of this project, I would hope to maintain an ongoing consulting relationship with the developer.

I'd like to get a quote on porting a theme to Drupal. The theme I need is Andreas07. There are other 2 themes already ported from the same author to Drupal, though I don't know if that helps.
