I'm looking to pay someone for some PHP tutoral work to help get me beyond the basics of Drupal so that I can take advantage of the flexibilty and power behind the CMS. I have strong CSS skills, and can easily install and manage a drupal site. I'm at a point where I want to get into creating better themes and customizing moduels, not just using PHP snippets.
