We are a non-profit (The 1 Second Foundation) that harnasses the power of media, collaborative art, and the internet to foster global community while raising awareness and funds for critical social issues facing the world.

We are making a 1 second film that allows tens of thousands of people to participate. the film is financed by donations of $1 or more; donors get a producer credit in the 90 minute credits, which include a making of documentary. our producers range from celebrities to truck drivers. We are starting to get overwhelmed with support and content. We are looking to redesigning our entire website ASAP and are looking for a Drupal based CMS solution + CivicCRM to be implemented in 3 phases.

Phase 1:
- automate credit buying system
- create user profiles for producers
- production blog
- producer blogs

Phase 2:
- empower profile features allowing producers to upload video and audio content.
- allow producers to form groups.
- prepare website for interactive Roadtrip allowing producers to sign-up and host house parties as we drive cross country.

Phase 3:
- podcasting, other features.
- premiere

Other phases to follow will be preparing for our World Premiere. We want to have a system where our on-line producers have their own profile and get participation points for referrals and for contributing content. Out top participants will get gear and will be invited to the premiere.

I have just turned a client's static html site into a Drupal site, using the original html look and feel. The client now wants to spruce things up a bit.

I am looking for a graphics person familiar with Drupal to propose some simple CSS changes to the theme, particularly regarding fonts, color pallettes, etc., that might give the site a more sophisticated look.
