Paid Drupal services

Hello.

I am developing a new site, and want to base the design on the Zen theme. I like how Zen works structurally - the layout is quite nice, and clean. However, I need someone to do CSS for colours, fonts and formatting-type stuff with some minor graphics work thrown in.

Project Background:

I have a classifieds website where the user's ads are stored in several MYSQL 4.x tables. To help with SEO and ranking, I have several other domain names where I need to host content-rich sites that link back to my primary site.

Accordingly, I have a couple of DRUPAL 5.x installations where I want to show the same ads (reformatted, but same content) along with site-specific content. I envision the ads being "stories" or "pages" in DRUPAL, which allows users to see their teasers and then see the whole ad when clicked. I imagine that the categories used in my main site would need to be ported to Drupal Taxonomy. My ads have photos, listing details (some in arrays) and contact details for the sellers. Ads are category-based which would need to become taxonomy in drupal (I assume).

Sugar Publishing, producer of the Drupal-powered PopSugar, TeamSugar, and other Sugar sites, is looking for an enterprising PHP/Drupal developer. Knowledge of Drupal is a great advantage but really we just want good, solid programmers to help us develop the next, great feature.

Hi there Drupal developers.

I'm the project manager of an Israeli based company. I currently live in New-Delhi, India. My company wishes to create something similar (but not exactly the same) to this site.

We are looking for a developer that will work according to a 'bank of hours', not necessarily by a fixed price – to perform the back/front end and the themeing as well (we provide the design).

I was working on learning drupal to replace my existing site when I was recently hacked.
( my fault, I knew it was vulnerable.. was just trying to depreciate the mambo site with the drupal one .. just on a slower time frame )

I switched over to drupal before the new site was ready.. but Im working on it much faster now.

The mambo database has been trimmed down to 18 tables & I will keep further consolidating the info.

I need help converting several key tables into drupal.

* Content
* Forum (simpleboard 1.1)

I have been trying to figure this out for a while now and need some help.

If someone can help me fully understand Views/CCK and help me be able to use it myself for pages, blocks...whatever I'd be willing to pay $100...maybe more.
