I need theme developer for wedding portal-website (actually three of them - estonian, russian and english -) - it is already working thing (7 years and still running), but after we switched to drupal from some local cms, I just found out that I just done have enough time to do everyhting.

And there is no one in Estonia who are really doing any drupal develeopment :(

Gloucester and Cheltenham Councils want a new CMS, and expect to pay 100-500K (Sterling) for it.

I spoke with them and their wish list could be answered by Drupal.

I unexpectedly updated to 5.1 because there was some issues with the databases and the easiest way around it seemed to be to update to a newer version of drupal. The update went smoothly, but there are some small issues with the old custom theme in 5.1. A lot of these things seem pretty basic and are listed in the 4.7-5.1 conversion page.. but I dont feel comfortable making the changes myself. The two most noticeable issue include links showing up as "array" instead of links, and there was a region created where ads would show up within the content area.. but this no longer appears.

Looking for someone to setup Drupal on a VPS server. This is on a brand new account so you have your choice of anything you think is best to optimize the performance. Let me know how much, and I can pay through Paypal.
