I’m looking for developer to help me out here. My (future) site will provide a video uploading file capability utilizing Drupal.

Since I’m expecting large video files to be uploaded, I’d like to employ a “resume upload mechanism” to avoid repeating uploading the file from scratch in an event upload breaks (e.g. Internet connection drop).
In other words, if upload fails and only 35% of the file has been uploaded, the application (upon resume connection) will resume uploading from the 35% point.

I'm looking to convert the user’s video file to DiVix format at the client side before uploading to my server. User should not be involved in the conversion (no user input is required, no installation, etc.), and in general conversion should take place behind the sense.
