Paid Drupal services

I need a Module Developer(s) to create a few custom Mods.

The Mods I need are:

1. A User-Friendly interface for users to feed videos into the drupal site from such websites as YouTube.com (I tried doing this with Dript and CoolFilter (Dript was reading the "Feed" field in my content type, then reprinting it between CoolFilter Tags - It didn't Quite Work).

2. Similarly, a User-Friendly interface for users to feed pictures into the drupal site from such websites as FLICKR.com

Us: A Hawaii-based social networking and online fundraising startup.

You: A talented individual with PHP skills, MySQL skills, CSS skills, surfing skills, etc.

The offer: A short 2 month contract working remotely, possibly leading to a long-term relationship (just as friends) if you know your stuff. We're building ourselves a couple kick ass Drupal 5 social networking sites a la teamsugar.com meets widgetbox.com meets youtube.com. Working with custom CCK field modules, Views (and friends), Usernode with CCK, Buddylist, etc. We're 100% committed to the Drupal community (you'll be working with Drupal user RobRoy and we'll be submitting patches for every single little improvement to core/contrib and following those issues through to RTBC.

Requirements:
* Must have working knowledge of Drupal 5 and the theme layer.
* Must have ADVANCED experience programming in PHP.
* Must have MySQL experience.

Not required, but it would be great if:
* You are comfortable with CSS.
* You are active in the Drupal community.
* You had some professional training.
* You play well with others.

Bloggingheads.tv is looking for a highly experienced web developer in the U.S. or Canada to reconstruct its video blogging website using Drupal CMS. Some of the functionality to be added will require Java scripting. We prefer someone who can design as well.
