PHP developer

Must write a stand-alone, non-Drupal, web application that notifies users (via SMS, Text Messaging, email, RSS, etc) on a monthly cycle, with a user configured calendar system that integrates with Drupal 5.x. Some custom algorithm development has been done and may be leveraged.

I work as a freelance web developer and designer and am completely maxxed out with work at the moment.

I need a Drupaller with strong theming skills to help create and integrate a theme into a simple Drupal 5.x site. The theme would involve advanced CSS techniques (preferable) or Flash.

I have visuals demonstrating how the theme should look and will forward these on to existing parties.

- strong themeing skills (Flash skills may also be of use)
- excellent knowledge of CSS

2) Relationship:
- business-to-business - this is not an employed position but is suitable for a freelancer or a part-time developer

- do excellent work for good money - if your prices are too high, I won't use you, but if your prices are too low, I will tell you. Why? Because I want people that I can work with regularly

5) Location:
- anywhere in the world as long as you're reachable via IM (I prefer Skype or GoogleTalk) and email

7) Who you are:

Drupal Web Developer

- Must have a strong understanding of XHTML and CSS and previous experience developing in accordance with W3C specifications.
- Must be able to read and develop in XHTML without requiring the need of WYSIWYG editors such as Dreamweaver.
- Must have strong UI design skills
- Must be familiar with the Drupal CMS system and have previous experience developing Drupal themes from scratch; administering and configuring Drupal, Drupal modules, and working with multi-site Drupal installs is helpful.
- Must have a strong understanding of cross-browser support and compatibility issues related to multiple browsers (IE6, IE7, FireFox, etc)
- Must be able to develop both CSS layouts (table-less) and table-based layouts understanding the appropriateness of either format for a given design.
- Some knowledge/experience in working with JavaScript is encouraged.
- Some knowledge/experience in working with PHP is helpful, but not required.
- Some knowledge/experience in working with Flash is helpful, but not required.

I need to be able to hide the display of the title. Do you see the little dot (period) just above and to the left of the "Art of Wood" image. This is the title of the page, and I need to hide it.

I need exact instructions on what to do.
