Toronto Record label seeks webdesigner for grant application

Hi everyone
My name is Dane and recently I was asked to write a Promofact grant for an established
Toronto indie record label. Unfortunately, the owner of the label and the original site designer
had a falling out so I was asked to help find a new designer. This project probably would
best suit a student or a designer who wants to add a recognizable record label on their
portfolio and has free time, here's why:

1/ If we don't get the grant you probably won't get a gig unless your costs are
considerably low.

Wanted: Drupal & theme developers for long-term, low hours contract

I'm looking for a Drupal experienced developer for ongoing work on creating a UK-based resource / community site (at www.providerweb.co.uk ) for a niche industry. Some of the site will use out-of-the-box stuff, but it'll likely need some custom coding as well, so you'll need to be good on PHP. The commitment level will be 1-5 hours each week, so it can comfortably fit with another full-time role or with freelancing. I'm open to paying on retainer, hourly rate, equity, or a mix of the above.

For reference, the site elements, in order of setup / creation, will likely be:

1. Basic install and user registration
2. XMLRPC link to CMS, possibly with a custom posting template for site content (tendering opportunities)
3. Site theme installation
4. Leech setup
5. Subscription handling with associated permissions to site content, based on 13 independent site categories
6. Complex, individualised newsletter creation and sending linked to user subscriptions
7. Comments & Forums
8. Knowledge base (use a wiki-style approach similar to druptest.providerweb.co.uk?)
9. Social networking and personal info
10. Online recruitment, advertising / classifieds and other features in response to user demand

Golf Prize Pool website

Hi Guys,

Looking into building a drupal 5.x website for a state wide 'amateur golfer' competition website. In this state, to get an official handycap, golfers must register and compete in golf competitions.

the clubs enter these scores in the states offical website for the public to see. Each golfer is given their own official registration number, which is visible also to the public.

The website i want to set up is a 'prize pool' for overall winners of these competitions - the guys (or gals) who gets the best overall score in the competitions. get a % of the prize pool.

We want the option for the various prizes to change , and have a picture associated with them, in case we want to have other prizes such as golf clubs etc..

The Registration Page and therefore what is to be included in the Data base will be as follows.

Name:
Address: State: Postcode:
Email:
Official registration Number:
L/H R/H Male Female

Then the Page for them to compete in that weeks competition.
Have the date of the comp they are registering for.

Also have a section here that they can fill out or tick to register for the whole year. So they don’t have to pay for each week.

Actions and Profile Fields - RFP

PLEASE NOTE: I have also posted a similar entry in the support (post installation) forum to see if there is anyone who can help there, but I am also willing to throw it out there for paid work. The problem/task is outlined below.

I am new to writing actions, but I was wondering if anyone could lend a hand and assist me with the following.

Need a drupal develper in san francisco

Hi,

I would like to hire a drupal developer on an hourly or contract basis for a few hours a month just to do maintinance and any troubleshooting.

Please send your resume to fuallison@yahoo.com.

1. The site we run is a news site. It runs fairly OK to somewhat slow sometimes (we're using liquidweb).
2. We would also like to do an upgrade to 5.0+ from 4.7 but want to make sure that it makes sense.

thanks!
