Paid Drupal services

1) Looking a good drupal developer for a social networking website. I need a site with blogs, forums, photo albums, buddy list, groups, chat system, classifieds with oa few added features. The site will focus a smaller niche.
2) Can any one recommend any good developers?

I would like to have a wiki on my drupal site installed that would allow anonymous users to make changes to it. I've looked a little bit and don't see this off the shelf as a drupal module. Is this something that someone can develop for me? At what price?

Would I be better off using media-wiki in a subfolder (site/wiki)?

I'm sorry, but I must be scant on details until you sign an NDA, but this project represents a good amount of money for anyone willing to undertake it. The previous guy who was working on it had to quit in the middle because of a contract he had with another prior client prevented him from having enough time to do both projects.

So please, don't even think about this unless you're willing to commit to finishing it. I prefer to go through RAC, here's the bid request:
