Custom event module / Gig Guide required - PAID

Not sure on price at this stage or how much work is involved but we need a customized event module for a gig guide.

Basically it involves creating more fields and drop down menus for selection which inturn is displayed in the event to streamline the process as there will be lots of different people adding their events

we will need to be able to add more options to the drop down menus as more venues join etc. If a completly new module it also needs to have a block that works like the "upcoming events" block that we can display in the siderbar

here's a rough example:

existing is just event module using only list view

we need drop down menus for:

- price x2 (one presale + one doorsale)
- venue (must be able to add more from admin)
- date & time (no end time please)
- age restriction

we need fields for

- event title
- event details (possibly to set maximum number of characters from admin)
- event website
- contact name
- contact email (optional whether displayed or not)
- ticket outlets

example output would be something like this

Superfunk (title)

Featuring DJs Partido, Soul Providah, & guests every Thursday (details)

Date: Thursday 17th May

Start Time: 10pm

Venue: Double Happy (Clickable to go to venue page with details)

Tickets: $20 pre-sale $30 door sales

PayPal Money Transfer Website, RFP

My website needs to accept user-specified amounts in user-specified currencies.
Let's say: user creates 'transfer' node, specifies all the data and proceeds to PayPal. After successful payment, transfer confirmation is returned (either on-screen or in email, depending on how quickly the system completes the transfer).
There are 3 roads ahead that I'm considering:
LM PayPal (used it with some success, at least to establish user's identity by checking his/her verified PayPal account);
