Paid Drupal services

I'm looking to get proposals for a project I am working on. I think Drupal would be a good choice.

My project is an informational, content site allowing community reviews/recommendations on specific topics. Revenue is generated via ads and from businesses via searchable directory listings and paid content.

Overview of main project features...

User accounts (business & community member)- Business accounts allow businesses to obtain directory listings, paid advertisements and post paid content. Community members can post reviews/recommendations/personal experiences.

Content - Content can be categorized and tagged. Business members can submit paid content. (content must be queued for approval/editting prior to posting) Content can be posted by site admin as well.

Searchable directory (zip code proximity search) Directory has multiple level listings. (free, paid, paid premiere)

Directory Listing Details page - Contains info according to listing level. Basic/free level to include essential contact info. Paid listings allow contact info and description, etc. Premium level to include google map, image upload, etc.

Paid advertising - Advertising on content pages. Purchase by page location (header, side, footer, etc.) in addition to purchase by category within site. (possibly by tag as well?) Paid advertising can be obtained by business accounts.

As per the title I am looking for a ballpark figure to get a 5.1 Drupal site up that will initially be a multi-user blog with a custom template. Funding will be available shortly, but do need something to go on initially. Nothing too difficult for an experienced Drupaler, but I just don't have the time to commit myself.

Once the site is established, then we will proceed onto more social features, such as forums, classifieds (paid/free), newsletters, reviews (hotels/restaurants/bars/shops etc..) and more.

Web startup needs help integrating designs into templates. Designs are CSS'ed and ready to theme. Don't need site re-programmed from scratch. Would prefer someone in Pacific (USA) time zone. Do need someone to start right away and meet some short-term deadlines.

I need help from an experienced drupal developper to modify/enhance a custom module I have on my site.

Basically what the module does, is that is lets users post 5 images at a time directly from a custom form.

On that custom form, users can select taxonomy terms and a location for each image of the 5. Also, they can select to apply the terms and location of the first image as a default for the 4 remaining images.

Additionnaly, they can then override the location info and terms of any image, even tho the infos of the first image have been set by default.

The form uses javascript to pass on the default selection from the first to the remaining 4 images.

When the form is complete, the info is passed to drupal node API and 5 image nodes from image module are created. But the module does not use the actual image forms, it is a custom form where all fields have been inserted in code.

Your job would be to add another field to that module. The tricky part is that I need to add a field that is a nodereference field from cck.

What I've already done:
1) The nodereference field is added directly to the image node type
2) The choices in the select menu of the node reference field are passed on by a view (node type X created by logged in user)

Now what i need is simple... I need to insert and use that field directly into my module.
