Mouse over Prospective students on the left - in FireFox and Safari menu works as expected. In IE the flyout second level menu appears behind the other elements. This is the well-known IE z-index bug.

I have just completed my penultimate year of University in the UK, where I'm resident. I have another year to go until I obtain my masters, but ideally would like to work on Drupal projects until the next academic year starts (October.)

- Main aspects are implementing modules, configuring, and a little bit of theming. Most of our content will be generated from RSS sources. Tuning the feeds and the blocks/panels is one of the most important parts of the job.

We've built an interesting web 2.0 product using Drupal 5 and it's currently live on one of our websites. Due to the success of the product on that site we'd now like to use the technology as part of a broader platform business.

The Drupal developers who built the technology are offshore and now I'm looking for a local Drupal guru to take what has been built and turn the product into a standalone site. The product addresses a market that is large and seemingly untapped. The response to the product on our current site has been fantastic.

I need help to see if the database on my site can generate the pages and still have clean urls. Right now it is working but does not have clean urls. It is probably set into drupal in the wrong fashion. I am looking to learn what is wrong as well as the correct way to do this.

I would also like to learn if there is a module or additional programming that will let me dynamically set the meta tags for title, description etc.

I've seen what I need done accomplished on websites not using a CMS, but I don't know how to go about this within drupal.
