I am moving a site from custom PERL to Drupal and need some support. Notably someone with experience installing and customizing Ubercart and working with the Forms API to customize the user cart experience. I would prefer to find someone in the Western Mass, SW New Hampshire, SE Vermont area with whom I can meet with in RL for training and brainstorming on a reasonable basis.

We're looking for someone to develop:
1) A reasonable clone system of YouTube functionality (Video Sharing, community posting, easy registration, functional theme, video uploading, video conversion, ...)
2) RTL (Arabic) based (only, not multilang)
3) Design Consideration - possible usage of Amazon's S3 and EC2 systems
4) (Optional) MMS module to send video to capable cell phones
5) Load handling - needs to be optimized for a large crowd for the first 12 months (goal: 50,000 visits a day)

A new start up in California has developed a product prototype using Drupal and is seeking a consultant to help with UI customization advice.

Our engineering team has been using drupal for several months and has developed some facility with it. However, we still run into issues around implementing our own UI and logic.
