Paid Drupal services

We require 2 additional features for our existing portal http://junkonline.net

1) Advanced media gallery where media can be attached to articles, and where registered visitors can contribute photos, etc.
2) Advanced newsletter system for sending and tracking emails to registered users.

I am new to the drupal , how to call a procedure by using drupal i tried as

mysql_query("call pro_name()");

but some errors comming like the resultset context is not displayed for this what iam doing.
Please help me.

I have 3 websites I am building with drupal and I am going to need a Drupal Theme developer. If you are interested in earning extra money please drop me an email (I would prefer you email me usign the contact form instead of posting a comment on this forum topic) and tell me what you charge for a custom drupal theme and include links to some of your previous work. Templates will need to have a "web 2.0" feel to them.
