i need someone to make changes to some modules like the "vote up down" module plus others and change the template size/positioning.
i would also like for new buttons to be added like "report a user" or "email this to a friend".
an example of changes to the vote up/down module would be that when you select vote up/down to show two arrows one to vote up one to vote down the points moves to the post/story i want it so the points stay under or on the right where the up/down/ buttons are and the placement of search and login to be at a different place.
I need a site that is similar to cardomain.com. I would like to create this site in stages and add new features as I can afford them. I have the users to make this site profitable, I just need a basic site to get them to. The first stage would include:
Below is a Views problem that I've been grappling with for weeks and I'm beginning to wonder whether it's even possible. At this stage I'm just looking for a quote for a solution.
The scenario:
A site where a pre-specified number of PDFs are to be collated by different users belonging to different deparments - the number of final and approved PDFs could be as high as 600.
The requirements:
i- User roles can view only PDFs within their group.
ii- Proof reader roles need to have access to all the uploaded PDFs and can leave comments relating to each uploaded file.
iii- Proof readers also need to be able to "approve" a particular PDF.
iv- A PDF can go through a number of revisions before the proof reader approves the file.
v- Admin needs to have a complete overview of what documents are outstanding, what documents have been uploaded but not yet approved and what documents have been approved.
vi- many of the users will have limited computer experience so a minimum number of steps and ease-of-use are crucial.
I've managed to get most of the way there by:
i- associating users with one or another Organic Group
ii- pre-populating the site with nodes belonging to content type "document" - these are the nodes which will be associated with just one final approved PDF document (see next item)

We would like to add some elements which can probably come from existing modules as follows:
1) Add a tab to the existing style sheet called 'People'
2) Have that tab take members to avatar pages i.e. pages of members with their usernames and photos, each page 10 x 10 of members if possible
