I'm looking for someone to work with me to develop a module for a client project I am working on. This will then be released back to the community. In the few weeks I've been working on this project I have gained enough experience with drupal to deal with fairly complex templating needs and I am an experienced php (and other languages) developer but do not have the time to learn module development.

Would like to have someone create for me Drupal based on White and Black Hemingway theme, if you can create a toggle between the two for user like Meta Theme, even better! Will pay 200bucks each and total of 450bucks. Pls let me know asap

Requrements: need to build a site that allows a user needs to go to a website, upload some pictures and data to a web page which becomes the vehicle for transporting this data from the web to a memory chip - securely. Data needs to be stored securely as well. No backup of this data remains on the website. No password reset required - not for now anyways.

At a later date, user may load the data from the chip to any computer using a browser. User would need to know the id/pw to open the file.
