Paid Drupal services

hello!

i have a drupal version up and running, but my client wants some changes to it.

we use:

- blog
- forum
- tagalicious

while the whole system is up and running, css tweaks, making the whole thing look nice and consistent, are necessary,

also, the comment functionality of the blog module should be converted into a "discuss this post in the forum" functionality. the post has to be the starting post of a new forum thread then. i have no experience with the 'organic groups' function, maybe some help here too.

Looking for a hand in possibly creating this simple interface with a good backend using PHP/SQL/Drupal. Site has been functioning in ASP, but not very happy with the results, so considering Drupal as an option.
