I wonder if anyone would take on a mission to convert this website (http://webspesialisten.no) into Drupal, so that my content will look exactly the same in the frontend and get it up and running so that it is the same content intial. The frontpage is a bit different than the sub-pages, but the rest is pretty similar layout (only thing that changes is the left column menu).

The current design consists of css for layout and UTF-8 all the way, and I prefer to keep it that way.

I am trying to help a regional group a veterinarians set up a drupal site. I am somewhat new to Drupal and do not have as much time as I would need to set up myself. I've sold them on Drupal, but am finding it hard to locate a Drupal developer for a smaller to medium sized project. They have a budget of several thousand, but most consultants I've contacted through the directory are geared towards bigger projects in the 10-20K range, with complex graphic design and marketing strategy plans. I just need someone who already groks drupal to wire up and tweak existing contrib modules.
