Paid Drupal services

I need to find a programmer to convert my text based MMORPG into Drupal modules. I also need my current Drupal site converted to 5.x currently 4.7. This is all for the same site.

I would prefer to find someone whom would like to become a partner in this venture. I have almost 7000 members but due to lack of changes most are not playing. I know that if we can get some changes made, most will come back. At its glory it was making $10 - $20 a day.

I have been through 7 programmers now and none have even made a demo.

paid position to extend MySite module to multiple pages.

I'm building an application under an insanely tight deadline, and need to spread the load.

I need someone skilled with Drupal module development, database design (we're using MySQL), preferably also experienced with Flash, Mac hardware ... and what the heck, the internals of USB.

Preference for someone in the Toronto (Canada) area, but not as much as the preference for someone who can get the job done. :-)

Note that I haven't even mentioned budget.

I need to develop a module (similar to yahoo groups) integrated to drupal.

I am listing down the major tweaks required.

I need the drupal forums to have an additional feature of message posting/receiving through email. To be more clear, each forum will be replicated with features present in yahoo groups. Please note that there would be several forums and all forums must have a feature of moderation ( Again this is similar to yahoo groups, where you can either reply to email or go to the website and approve the posting. This moderation feature should have an option to enable/disable)

1. General forum - Any member can post/recieve emails.
If in case, I need to add a placement forums with the similar rights as that of general forum, i should be able to do that online.

4. I am planning to have all other forums batch specific. Members in 1999 batch should be able to see/post messages in that forum only. (the permission setting for group wise should be easy using some present modules).

Both 1 &2 should have moderation feature (option: enable/disable).

Moderators : 2 types -
a. Global moderator ( Moderator of their batch & General forums) .
b. Batch moderator ( Moderator of own batch only)

Administrator must have the right to add/remove/edit moderators.

I am looking to setup a community portal with multi-site configuration. Tried myself but no luck, so thought it's time to get some help from the expert. I need the infrastructure setup, the rest maybe I can work on my own with further guidance. I have developed www.powerq.com.my with several existing modules, but these multi site requirement is a bit difficult for me.
