Paid Drupal services

The Multiplex37 theme is severly damaged it currently acts up in Internet Explorer 7 plus major issues within the code itself. I am willing to finance a project to get the theme working properly for all to enjoy. Please name your price and projected timeline for updating the site. I would also advise reviewing the support issues in the theme section of this site to identify other complaints regarding this theme.

If anyone is willing to help with the cost of fixing this theme please also comment to this post.

Drupal 5.1 is not properly indexing our site. Its not a simple configuration issue so please read http://drupal.org/node/136888 before you assume you can fix this. I believe the problem to be a bug in Drupal that is somehow not affecting many users. My latest problem is that the site still says 100% indexed but there are entries missing from the index.

I am looking for a theme designer for a new comedy (video) site. Theme design only - I have taken care of the technical side of the site. Drupal experience is (obviously) a must - but a strong design background is also reccomended. I have a logo that should be a guideline for the style of the site (elements of the logo would also make great dividers and blocks). Custom node design for the video module will be needed as well as an overall theme for the site.

Looking for a quick turnaround. I want to have people beta testing the site before Oct. 5.
