Paid Drupal services

Hello,
We have a Drupal based website that is about 95% complete. We need some fairly small visual tweaks done to the template as well as some help with some of the more advanced concepts such as views. We’re looking for someone to help us on an hourly basis to finish up the site and possibly provide support/teach us how to do these things ourselves after you’ve helped us.

This project is really two parts.

1. Converting my XHTML/CSS into a Drupal theme
2. Setting up the site to function in Drupal

I estimate 6 hours to implement my custom, predesigned XHTML/CSS theme into Drupal 5.x

I estimate 9 hours to setup Drupal with all the required functionality.

In terms of functionality (rating) Not any other features, nor in design. Nothing out there is like this, hence why it's hard to find something similar

Key Points

- site is a rating site, which determines a ranking

- features profiles on people, allows user to rate

- profiles feature: photo, biography, video (embedded youtube), rating bar, statistics, ranking and comments

- must be able to show top people over different time periods, last 7 days, last month, all time

- must be able to show different categories, or all categories, in conjuction with time filters (ie, show me category B over last 7 days)

- users must be able to comment

- ability for users to embed a person on their own site showing current ranking, name, photo and a link back to their profile

We are currently developing a website for a golf club and will need some module customisation to handle the online booking and payment for golf sessions. In essence, people need to be able to book a teeing-off time. Teeing-off times are available every day of the year from 7:30am to something like 8pm every 8 minutes. There are three user types that can book and each user type can see ahead for differing periods of time. For example:

user type x - can see ahead 5 days
user type y - can see ahead 7 days
user type z - can see ahead 1 year (or indefinitely)

My website http://www.noripcord.com - an online music and film magazine - is in the process of upgrading to Drupal 5.2. We have three custom modules, which need to be upgraded.

These modules are an "album review" module, a "film review" module and a "features" module. They are all quite similar in their implementation and in terms of the data they contain. An idea of them can be gained by browsing the site and looking at the three different types of content.

1. A "Dating" module that allows users to search for each other by
gender, age and location proximity. Ideally, this would rely heavily
on views and the location module and they would search as a tab from
inside their profile.
