Need a website with all the features of www.flixster.com and www.chakpak.com in drupal.

Im jeff and Im very new to drupal. i have created some sites using drupal but right now i have a plan to have my site as a membership one that integrates with paypal when someone wants to register to my site and it has a database of all my users and the roles of each users. Is there any module that can address my problem? Please help me cause i badly need it. Thank you very much Have a nice day everyone

We are looking for help converting the following two sites to Drupal

In terms of theme, we plan on going with Garland as our base theme for both sites, but doing some minor tweaks to accommodate our logos.

We need help with the following:

1. Setting up a shared database or some other method of sharing data between the two sites. As an example, the latest iMac reviews and "best price" info from MacReviewZone would show up on a MacSpeedZone page with iMac speed benchmarks.

2. Single sign on between the two sites. I set up shared user tables, but users still have to log in to each site separately.

3. Several custom views/content types that present as cleanly as possible a large amount of data.
a. "Buyer's Guides" for tracking Machine prices.
b. Machine specification pages (perhaps allowing users to compare any two or three machines on the fly) for individual models and machine families (eg MacBook Pros)
c. Machine performance information for individual models and machine families. We enter raw numbers and bar charts get generated automatically. Again, it would be cool if users could generate their own comparisons.
d. Front pages for both sites

GiveWell is the world's first public exploration of what charities do and whether it works. In preparation for our December launch, we need a capable and reliable Drupal developer who can turn around requests reasonably quickly. Below is our first need, a fairly simple project; please email me with a quote and timeline, and if it goes well we will continue to work with you.

I'm trying to get a basic idea of the cost, and exactly what would be needed for a upcoming project. Basically, it's going to be a content centric site for a small business. No e-commerce, no user login, just a few pages for company information, and basic product information.
I'll definitely need some design work. All I have is a company logo, and some color ideas. So someone with a design background would be needed to come up with the look.
