ISP killed server and did a restore to server and now site is down.

www.moactive.com is the site take a look at errors etc.. as far as I can tell some reason the backup/restore did not restore users table ?? don't ask me how it can miss one table in a database?

Hello, I am seeking help for a new Drupal site. I’d like to use an existing Drupal theme. My customer is a business consultant. The site will have a Flash banner. The home page really needs to have a strong graphical impact. My customer says “pictures are worth a 1,000 words”. . He has several pictures; however, we may need some stock photography. He may want a blog towards the bottom of the home page.

I need a module for my site that is quite complicated. The idea is that users would be able to identify themselves as owners of specific content. My goal would be to have the users drop a special file or image on their blog that contains a unique code which is attached to their account.

In the Drupal account, the user can send the identification "spider" to crawl on the blog to see if the code or the special file is on the server. Once the code is identified on the original blog, then that blog is "confirmed" to be owned by the drupal user.

I have a website that was hosted on an old server (now offline) and need someone to help me transfer it to a different hosting company.

basically:
- tell me how I can backup the DB
- which files he needs to restore the site
- take the files and host them on a server of his/her choice (preferably godaddy if possible)
