Paid Drupal services

We're a not for profit running Drupal 4.7.
We've just had a really bad experience with our host Pipex and have decided to migrate to eUKhost

We're looking for a developer to do the following...
- set up the new account at eUKhost
- set up/transfer the website (its currently running on Pipex - http://www.openhandweb.org)
- install the latest version of Drupal.

We are running a big medical portal with 25,000 registered users. The technology being used at present is asp/MsSQL/MsAccess. We need to migrate the portal to Drupal 5 or 6. Work involves designing, database integration and migration in a planned manner to remove data redundancy, migration of existing services to available modules and development of some custom modules.

Possible areas of stress could be:

I need a "Christian" Drupal Expert who desires to work with other Christian Drupal users whether they be potential Christian Customers, potential Christian Service Providers, or potential Christian Goods Providers, etc.

Potential Profit Share to successful candidate.

I'm based in Manhattan and don't know Drupal at all or PHP for that matter. I know HTML and CSS. Since I prefer oral instructions/tutorials rather than reading thru' all this material, I would appreciate meeting someone in Manhattan who can tutor me on the weekends (maybe 2-3 weekends for the basics).

I have realized - kind of late I guess - that everyone is moving towards CMS and I know nothing about it.

I will provide the logo for the top, the rest is just converting from the CSS/HTML.
