i need help migrating over half a million nodes from a custom (LAMP-based) cms to drupal.

I'm looking for someone to download the available modules on swf display on my site. what I need to be able to do is for my members to show their homemade SWF movies, or add to a preexisting file.... maybe through XML?

i'm open to suggestions, but the total project cost is sizable. I would like someone based in N. AMERICA, preferably EAST COAST/NY. If it sounds simple to you its as simple as it gets. Thanks. Pls be able to start right away. This does not require recoding, of any sort.

We're currently planning to create a new website, we're considering Drupal, and I'm looking for a good designer to help us put it together. We have a pretty extensive design brief put together, and it's fairly ambitious.

Features will include: events calendar with embedded A/V content, volunteer and artist profiles, blog functionality, comments, private messaging, varying levels of access by user, to name a few.
