Paid Drupal services

Hi.. I just started building a social networking site for health. I am planning on adding social networking features analogous to many facebook/myspace like functions. i.e. "poke me" "nudge me" etc. I want a function like this for my site.. i.e. "hug me" etc. Can someone propose a bid for how much this module could cost. Thanks!

We are looking for an individual or firm for a contract Drupal project. W e have an existing site that we would like enhanced, and would require knowledge of Drupal Modules and PHP.

The project involves integrating the Drupal site with our existing non-Drupal website (single signon and multi-tiered access) and building a module to Dymanically add text to PDF files (PDFLib+PDI - PHP Library?).

I am currently using a wordpress site and want to move to drupal.

I know just enough to be dangerous. I installed drupal and a bunch of modules, and some of them work so I'm not a complete idiot but then not completely competent in this arena either

I know basic html, I know no php ajax or any other code, so I'm not capable of just getting a little help in the forums and doing it myself.

I will need
• member only access to certain portions of the site
• different levels of membership including a paid membership that allows access to superior/private content
• I am working with a sugarcrm developer and there will be some integration there when sugar is ready, I have found a sugarcrm to drupal connector module (drupal module) which I expect we'll use (http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/sugarondrupal/) I contacted the developer and the module is functional
• multiple employee/authors, each of my "agents" should be able to blog, have a personal customizable contact page
• must be able to easily upload photos to pages and posts

I have more requirements that I'd rather not make public here due to the nature of the site
I will be responsible for 100% of the content
I am the only decision maker
I do have budget for this.
I am currently using 1and1 for hosting

What I need:
I need drupal template developers to create Real Estate templates.

Have an interest in exploring Flex with Drupal as the backend? I have a couple projects that it is very appropriate for, looking for a dev to take it on who brings some experience to the table in the Flex/Flash+Drupal area. Need a flex navigation element to nodes that pulls in stills/titles from items in various categories - a gallery basically, and also need a filtering tool - similar to the UK VW used car site (but for architects).
